Mental Health Monthly Symptom Review Medication Management.
Finding the right medication match makes all the difference. That’s why we prescribe differently—gathering extensive information upfront to determine which medication will work best for you. Month to month management is sometimes necessary or every 90 days, as well as therapy or any additional assessments a patient would need.
Weight loss Management and compounded Medication Home Delivery.
Our goal is to support you continuously throughout your weight loss journey, to help you reach your weight loss goals, we may prescribe safe and effective medications. These include compound medications such as Semaglutide and Tirzepatide. These can both assist with weight loss and long-term weight management. Please note that compounded Semaglutide and Tirzepatide are not FDA approved.
Additional appointments for urgent, one time, or annual assessments.
For things such as return to work, emotional support letters, additional papwerork, or anything else that could arise during ones care.
